Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Ireland: 5–10 business days
• UK & Europe: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to couriers, customs processing, supplier delays, weather disruption, or periods of high demand.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Pupóg cannot be held responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

If you purchase from Pupóg as a consumer online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with Irish and EU consumer law.

• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Once your return request is approved, full return instructions, including the appropriate return address, will be provided.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused
• in original packaging
• in resellable condition

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened pet-use products.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@pupog.ie within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos where possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
