Refund policy

At Pupóg, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are shopping as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To initiate a return, you must first contact us for approval at info@pupog.ie. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify. Certain products, particularly those related to pet hygiene, may not be eligible for return if opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
